The room has a persistent unpleasant odor upon entering, and the drains seem backed up!!! It's disheartening that not even fresh shower caps are provided, despite the eco-friendly claims!!! The noise from the pool area needs stricter regulations!!!

The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and lots of variety! The pool had a great view, and staff was super helpful. 😍 Only downside was a minor issue with the room's cleaning, but overall a fantastic stay!

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how close I was to popular spots like Andres Bello Park, just under a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy morning strolls among the greenery while soaking in local scenery. plus, the vibrant dining scene right around the corner, with a variety of restaurants offering everything from tasty baked goods to traditional Panamanian food, made every meal an adventure worth looking forward to.

My room featured two queen beds, which were spacious and very comfortable, equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. Staff members were polite and helpful, always available to assist. I appreciated the proximity to local shops and restaurants, and the metro station was only a short walk away. However, the security latch in my room was broken upon check-in. Despite reporting it, the maintenance team couldn't fix it during my stay, leaving me uneasy. Additionally, a musty scent lingered in the room, which detracted from the overall comfort during my visit.
